Time management is not an easy task for some. Breaking down the day into a list of activities is the starting point used by the RAC Method (Record, Analyze, Change). You add up time you would have wasted and assign it to your priorities. And the more you do this, the more your priorities actually get prioritized!

Repetitive thinking, or ruminating, can be annoying, a waste of time, and harmful if left unchecked. Most people are able to let these thoughts go but some can't or have difficulty doing so.
